relaxing stay with great Amenities

the club room option included access to the club room breakfasts. afternoon tea was available as well as early evening happy hour in the 24th-floor bar. the executive pool was particularly enjoyable for me. staff members shagun and raju at the executive pool gave wonderful service throughout my stay and were quite attentive.

the hotel offered a wide variety of dining options with many restaurants available. breakfast had considerable varieties with a breakfast area for children. i found this a useful detail as families had a dedicated place.

access to the wild wadi water park was free and right next to the hotel. several pools were clean with numerous options for children and adults. the hotel has an olympic swimming pool with barriers and clear, clean water.

the hotel's location offered excellent views from the room on the 14th floor. burj al arab and the sea views were very visible. i was able to appreciate the sunset from the room.

the staff were kind and smiled. multiple personnel were always ready to serve guests very well. housekeeper nasibul mamun provided heartfelt birthday gifts surprising the children.

The pool area required attention. Some tiles were loose around the edges of the family pool. I nearly tripped (unacceptable hazard). the service at the beach bar was SLOW. One afternoon, I waited over twenty minutes for a drink order. Staff seemed disinterested.
